Maroon 5's hip new song and video, Makes Me Wonder. Love the colors in the video, the rhythm, the beat. And lead singer Adam Levine is looking very good.
Frances Mayes' Under the Tuscan Sun. Her imagery, her writing, is just mesmerizing. It sucks me in so much that I want to stop whatever I'm doing and just curl on my porch swing and read, read, read.

The shooting in Virginia was awful, just more senseless killing. The bombing in Iraq makes me wonder if it will ever end over there.
