Things That Make You Go Hmmm...

While picking up my daughter's bathroom the other day, I happened to glance on the floor next to the bathtub to see what toys had accumulated there lately. A quick look saw nothing out of place.
But then I peered closer.
Lo and behold, there was Shaggy and Daphne locked in a passionate embrace!
Now I'm sure my daughter has no idea that these two figures fell into each other's arms. Instead, I'm pretty positive she just dumped them out of the bathtub and let them fall where they may. But I can't help feeling sorry for ol' Freddie. All this time, Daphne's had the hots for another man!

  1. Ah, but Daphne has a clone, I see. Thelma, on the other hand, is always the one I feel sorry for. I mean, Shaggy usually has Scooby ...

  8. I love this picture and I especially like the dradle --- a nice offbeat touch to the tableau. I think I agree with Brian.... your lovely little girl is old enough to be playing boyfriend-girlfriend and I think it's sweet.

  9. I'm laughing out loud right now! Shaggy? Daphne? I don't think so!

FYI: I dressed up like Velma for Halloween once. I was a dead ringer. Yep.
    Have a good one!

  10. ROFL!

Ah, but I don't know. My oldest - a few years younger than yours - has done the same intentionally. They just learn stuff younger and younger. I've been flumoxed by her talk about kissing amongst her kindergarten class. It's enough to send her dad and me for help!

Personally, I'm a little concerned about the two Scoobys! :)) Sorry. My warped mind.

  15. Shaggy and Daphne?? That's just wrong on so many levels.

And I don't think it was on accident. Maybe he is mugging her for more scooby snacks.
