All right. Enough with the down-in-the dumps posts. I realized that I had way too many of them in the past few weeks and I am bumming myself...

1) Writing a novel is hard. If anyone says, "Oh, I think I'll write a novel someday" and they have never written anything bef...
Haha! Now that stops me feeling guilty, I have company with the green and tan segments!
ReplyDeleteOh yes. I am guilty as charged. It's especially bad on the weekends when I know I have hours and hours of time to work - I eat far too much and usually end up taking a nap!

ReplyDeleteBut truthfully, people don't realize how hard it is. So much of my heart and soul goes into writing, only other writers really get it. Well, my husband understands too. Sending writerly hugs your way!!
I agree, Anna. It is incredibly hard and no one else but fellow writers seem to get that!

DeleteAgreed! Except my random internet surfing takes up the majority of the napping section. During my undergrad years I use to take A LOT of naps but I found myself getting into a bad habit of depending on them. I had to wean myself off that habit! It was not a good week! :)
