While it's nice to take a break from editing, I find I am really missing my manuscript. I got excited over my Italian Duet series and am glad with the progress I made, but I want to go back to editing my last novel and get it finished.
I love editing. I know, I'm weird.
There's something about playing with words and language that I just adore. I guess that's why I'm a writer.

I enjoy editing too!!! Have fun with it :)
ReplyDeleteI'm excited for you with the Italian Duet. It's always fun to have a new idea take you by storm. I hear you on wanting to finish your last novel, though. Have to make 'em shine!
ReplyDeletePersonally, I don't love the editing, but I do love seeing the manuscript get better. Have fun!
I love editing too - I think I'm more confident that I can edit, than I am that I'll fill that blank page up with words. ;)
ReplyDeleteAnd I think the Italian Duet sounds fascinating. It's so great to have an idea take hold like that. I have one that I can't wait to get to when my WIP is done, too!
Wish you could edit mine for me right now *chuckle*
